About This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to Resei and the information handled through the version of the app installed on your device. Resei provides self-directed visual and haptic rhythm exercises intended to support a brief personal pause. By using the app, you acknowledge the practices described here.
Information You Choose to Record
Resei may let you select a current-state label, record an optional after-session reflection, choose rhythm settings, and save a completed session. The app may use those entries to maintain a Recovery Map and show your prior activity.
These records reflect choices you make in the app. Please avoid entering information that you do not want stored on your device.
Device Information
Resei processes only the device information required for its features locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to the app operator or any analytics service.
How Information Supports the App
Information handled by Resei is used to run the rhythm experience, provide haptic and visual cues, retain your selected preferences, and display saved reflections and completion history. Your entries are not used to build a public profile, serve targeted advertising, or populate a social feed.
Local Storage and Retention
Resei is designed so that practice history, state labels, reflections, and preferences remain on your device. They are retained until you clear them using an available in-app control, delete the app, or your device removes its local app data. Device backups managed by you or Apple may retain a copy according to your backup settings. Resei does not operate a cloud archive for these personal practice records.
Disclosure and Platform Services
Resei does not sell your personal information or send your practice records to a developer-operated account, advertising, analytics, or community service. Apple may independently process information when it distributes the app, provides device services, or manages backups. Apple's handling of that information is governed by its own policies and your platform settings.
Information may be disclosed if required by applicable law or necessary to protect legal rights, but the app operator cannot provide records it does not possess.
Your Controls
You decide whether to start or stop a session, save an optional reflection, and retain local history. You may change preferences or use available deletion controls at any time. Removing local records is generally irreversible unless a separate device backup restores them.
Questions about access, correction, or deletion may be sent to the contact address below. Because Resei does not operate user accounts or receive your local practice records, some requests can only be completed directly on your device.
Security
Resei relies on the protections provided by your device and operating system for locally stored information. You can support those protections by using a device passcode, limiting access to your device, and keeping iOS current. No electronic storage method is completely secure, and you should consider the sensitivity of anything you choose to record.
Children's Privacy
Resei is not directed to children under the age at which parental consent is required in their location. We do not knowingly operate a service that collects children's practice records. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information directly to the app operator may contact us for review.
Changes and Contact
We may revise this policy when Resei's features, legal requirements, or information practices change. The updated version will show a revised date and will be made available with the app or through its legal pages.
